Bayer Animal Health has been researching and developing new medicines to support the health of both companion and farm animals for more than 90 years.
Developing a new medicine for animals is similar to making a new medicine for humans. It requires a big investment and a long time. During this time, dedicated scientists filter through between 5,000 to 10,000 compounds, of which only four to five can be further optimized. Ultimately, only one substance will make it to the shelf of a veterinarian.
Join us on a journey to see how a molecule becomes a medicine to help animals. Share our passion for using science to help keep animals healthy or treat them when they are sick. All in line with Bayer: Science For A Better Life.
